Helppo is accessible from computers, laptops, tablets, or mobile phones. It works with Windows, iOS, or Android systems. We recommend at least Windows 10, iOS 16, and Android 12: Snow Cone.
Our timer system will automatically stop tracking time if the network of either party is unstable. If the call disconnects, it will attempt to reconnect for five minutes. If the internet remains unstable, you may need to reschedule the session.
In the unlikely event of a technical problem that is not resolved within this window, you can revert to Zoom, Hangouts, Skype, or another video conferencing system.
